Overview
Our client based in Brackley have a number of opportunities for food production operatives to join their team on a temporary basis which will lead to permanent employment for the right candidate. As a food production operative, you’ll help manage the product at the very start of the factory process. Shifts available on either days or twilight Monday – Friday 06:15/06:25/06:45 start dependent on section 18:00 finish working 4 out of 5 days Sunday – Thursday 18:00-03:00 (15:25 start on Sunday dependent on section) You will need to have the ability to understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures and be able to follow instructions as directed by Section Manager or other members of the management team. It is essential that you follow the strict food handling procedures and follow health & safety guidelines at all times. This role is very fast paced, and requires working in either a chilled or a high temperature environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Working on the production line Wearing the required and correct PPE at all times Cleaning equipment and modules on a rotation schedule Pay rate £8.50 for days and £10.26 for twilight additional environmental payments of £1.20 Pay rates will increase if taken on permanent If you are interested in this vacancy please call the Team or visit our office Quest Employment, Borough House, Marlborough Road, Banbury, OX16 5TH
