Job Advert Production Systems Analyst Do you have experience in using Excel for analytics? Knowledge of Microsoft Products? Wanting to work for an IT department in a busy, pressurised office environment? We are looking for an Operations Systems Analyst to join our team based in Brackley. We are a leading supplier of Poultry products into an impressive range of customers in the UK retail and food service sectors. Purpose of the role To work with operations, IT and third-party suppliers to develop and support the Operational IT solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: • Providing user support for the operation solutions, assisting with queries within the company thus ensuring smooth day to day running. • Maintenance of the operation solutions including access rights, new users, security and company settings. • Documenting existing / new processes and procedures and updating as and when required. • Maintaining communications with users to advise of system changes as necessary • Delivering training as required • Maintain and develop training and system troubleshooting documentation • Maintaining data standards • Audit system performance and utilisation, maintaining KPI reporting • 3rd party and internal support calls analysis • Provide housekeeping • To provide support in report writing and obtaining data extracts for departments across the business. • Identifying areas for improvement and streamlining and implementing approved changes • Aid on other integrations with other solutions • Liaise with the IT department with any IT Issues that impact the operation solutions • Maintain support issue log. • Coordinate testing of updates and issue update notifications and changes • To support specific projects as required What we are looking for: • Analytical and methodical approach to work • High degree of accuracy applied to workload • Proactive approach/demonstrating initiate • Excellent problem-solving & organisational skills with the ability to priorities task • Methodical approach and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and good customer service skills • Ability to work effectively and make informed decisions under pressure A little about us: We are a leading supplier of chicken, turkey and duck products into an impressive range of customers in the UK retail and food service sectors.
