Production Operative Location:Brackley It is vital the food industry continues operating throughout these uncertain times, and as one of the UK’s largest food businesses we have a key part to play in this to help continue to feed the nation. We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives at our site based in Brackley and have a range of shifts including days & twilights. We have a range of permanent and temporary 4, 8 or 12 week fixed term contracts available now. We are a leading supplier of Poultry products into an impressive range of customers in the UK retail and food service sectors. With ambitious plans for the future, there hasn’t been a more exciting time to join us. As a Production Operative you will have the ability to understand and adhere to food hygiene procedures. Comply with company policies and procedures and be able to follow instructions as directed by Section Manager or other members of the management team. You will adhere to health and safety at all times and follow all task in line with food safety rules. What we are looking for • You will be a team player with good communication skills and a flexible attitude to tasks • A good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures Experience within a production/manufacturing setting showing anunderstanding of a fast moving process is desirable but not essential as fulltraining will be provided. Working hours on days are Monday - Friday start times of between 06:15-06:45 finishing at 18:00 (4 out of 5 days) Working hours on twilight are Sunday – Thursday 18:00 – 03:00 (please note that some departments will work 15:40-02:30 on Sunday only) To apply click on the button below to be redirected to our website.
