Overview

Develop all Quality Assurance processes, plans and procedures necessary for the delivery of the project. Act as a champion for Quality Assurance by: Ensuring the project activities comply with Quality standards & procedures Acting as first point of contact for advice on Quality Plans and Quality arrangements Assisting Package Managers in establishing quality management arrangements at the beginning of the works package and maintaining them through the project life cycle. Establish and maintain key KPI's in-line with Project Quality Objectives Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the Quality Management System. Use Quality Management Tools to improve processes and product quality, identify root causes of problems etc. Prepare monthly reports on quality performance of Project Team & Supply Chain: good practices, non-conformities status, trend analysis, auditing status, KPIs, ITPs and the Cost of Quality. Conduct Quality Training / Workshops with Project Team to ensure implementation of the QMS. Take part in improvement workshops to support continual improvement when required Required Experience and Qualifications Technical qualification in Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience. Experience working in large infrastructure project. Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Experience with Quality Management Tools and Techniques Good organisational and time management skills. Excellent communications skills & interpersonal skills. Ability to cope well under pressure & work within tight timeframes Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
