Your role and responsibilities: Provide support, both remotely and at customer premises Work with computer users to resolve problems and answer questions on a variety of hardware components and software programs. Be prepared to undertake such additional duties that might be outside of your job description. The job description is subject to ongoing review as new demands and best working practices are considered, agreed and implemented. You will need: Intermediate to advanced administration, configuration and troubleshooting with VMware (vSphere, VSAN, ESXi) Intermediate to advanced administration, configuration and troubleshooting with SAN and NAS enterprise-level storage solutions (ideally Dell EMC).
