Seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to ensure delivery of high profile web projects - Up to £50,000 Business Analyst Bicester, Oxfordshire UK Up to £50,000 Benefits Your new company Hays have partnered with a unique fashion house based in Oxfordshire who are at the forefront of the luxury clothing and homeware industries. As an internationally renowned brand, enhancement of IT systems a critical element of their future strategy and as a result, they now seek a Business Analyst to help deliver a pipeline of web-based projects. Your new role You will enjoy a varied, challenging and rewarding role, working in a highly collaborative environment with the personal goal of improving project delivery processes and supporting the implementation of new initiatives and technology. Additionally, you will lead project teams, deliver workshops, allocate tasks and establish excellent working relationships with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed As the successful applicant, you'll have previous experience of business analysis within a similarly high-change environment. You'll be comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, clients and users and will display a real passion for designing and delivering intelligent web solutions to business requirements. Good knowledge of data analysis technologies and techniques will help you greatly in your task of creating insightful business cases for delivering change.
