Strategic HR Business Partner with a generalist remit across a diverse client group. Client Details A multi-billion pound transport franchise with reach across the UK. This market leading business is seeking candidates from logistics, manufacturing, retail backgrounds to provide fresh insight into the business. Description Establish long lasting, trusting relationships with stakeholders across the business Collaborating with the business to create and maintain an empowering and engaging environment for people to thrive Work with unions to proactively manage employee relation risks and maintain a stable environment Lead on HR projects ensuring engagement and execution to the highest standard, in line with Company vision Review and maintain succession planning and talent development ensuring that people reach and realise their potential Take ownership of change initiatives, including organisational restructuring, integration of new process, policies and technology Profile Exposure to logistics, manufacturing or retails background is highly advantageous Successful experience operating as a HR Business Partner in a matrix organisation is essential Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Proven experience within change management/ TUPE Ability to collaborate with unions is desirable Resilient, high potential individual Job Offer £50,000- £55,000 per annum plus additional benefits
