Overview

This HR Co-ordinator role will join the HR Admin Services of this branded business and will be one of 3 HR Co-ordinators. The successful candidate will be joining at an exceptionally busy time. Our client is looking for someone who is bright, a quick learner, great team player and will happily roll up their sleeves and muck in. You will be flexible and adaptable and able to deal with changing priorities. It is a generalist role, sitting in a wider HR team where there is plenty of opportunity to learn and people to build relationships with. There is scope to get involved in projects and other activities but managing the BAU processes is key for this role. The team is managing the impact of changes to IR35 and there are a large number of consultants they are converting over the next 3-6 months. This role will help largely to do this in the first few months as this a key priority for the business. It is critical for this role that our client appoints someone ASAP so they are not able to consider anyone on notice of more than about 2 weeks Key Background: • Experience of working in a fast paced, high volume administration environment (Preferably in HR) • Excellent English language skills; both written and verbal • Strong numeracy skills • Fully competent across all Microsoft Office packages • A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work discretely and confidentially at all times • Experience of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders • Experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines Should you be interested in discussing this vacancy please contact Annabel Green via LinkedIn or register your details on www.resourcing4hr.co.uk.
