Overview
Registered Children's Manager Up to £40k and performance related Bonus Sutton Coldfield Search are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a home of young children and staff and make a difference to people's lives. This company constantly goes above and beyond the norm for their staff and children alike, assisting with going on holiday, offering great rates of pay, care and a chance for the children to enjoy themselves within the community. We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join an outstanding team in developing the service and encouraging young people to fulfil their potential. This role involves working 40 hours a week and you will be leading in excess of 15 staff members in the running of the home.
