Overview
Business Analyst - Macclesfield - £50,000 Bonus A fast-moving retail business with global operations are looking to appoint a Business Analyst to play a lead BA role on the projects within their upcoming technology modernisation programme. The portfolio will include a range of technology led change projects ranging from a finance system implementation to SAP and cloud migrations. The focus is to find a motivated BA who can really drive their Business Analysis capability in practice and theory. Ideally the incoming BA will also have a degree of Project Management experience. There are PMs in the team, however due to business needs there may be the requirement to see some projects through end top end. The business is part of a global structure, therefore with experience working with geographically dispersed colleagues and 3rd party IT project resources would be advantageous. Ideal Experience · Proven end to end Business Analysis experience working, on high profile systems projects. · Demonstrates an ability to analyse and solve business problems. Good understanding of different methods (e.g. facilitation, interviews, workshops etc.) for eliciting customer requirements. · Proven track record of delivering business benefits from change programmes with application of IT solutions. · Practical experience of defining business requirements and documenting them in a structured and formal manner. · Experience of the management of 3rd Party application providers. · Experience working on procurement or finance systems/process projects will be advantageous but not essential. · Some project management experience will be advantageous. Commutable from Manchester, Stockport, Cheshire, Warrington, Stoke, Leek, Crewe, Northwich and surrounding areas.
