Linnworks, a leading SaaS company with a UK market-leading product for eCommerce back-office automation, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join the team based in Chichester. Linnworks is well known in the industry for hosting Linn Academy, one of the largest eCommerce conferences in the UK. Due to growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join us as we shape our product strategy and management as we scale into a global technology brand. You will play a key role working on the goals, strategy and delivery, coaching Product Managers and helping to shape our Product offering. This is a new position within the company, so we are looking for someone filled with vision and drive to help us build a product that is truly world-class. About the role: As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll need lots of energy, a great attitude and passion for our product. You will be: Working collaboratively with the team to build a product that our customers simply cannot live without Inputting to the development of long-term product strategy that spans feature development, product packaging and pricing Contributing to the shorter-term product roadmap, ensuring that it is clearly defined and effectively adopted amongst our product development teams Working autonomously through the backlog whilst making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently Establishing workflows and processes that allow us to systematically gather, analyse and action customer feedback Coaching an exceptional product team that is effectively integrated into the development workflow Championing customer-centricity and playing a key role in creating a team culture which allows us to obsess over customer success Cultivating a detailed understanding of the market, product, product line and competition, and using this to drive forward the wider business strategy Requirements: Proven record of leading and scaling a world-class product Motivated self-starter with plenty of grit and resilience Exceptional problem solver, with a strong ability to process and synthesise information Your approach to product development is centred on customer success Strong coaching style Strong-willed and have the confidence to counter ideas and requests with critical questions Commercially minded: You have a very clear understanding of the role that product plays in driving business success Ambitious: You are excited at the prospect of contributing to the growth of a fast-paced tech company, and you won’t settle for mediocrity anywhere along the way Proactive: You don’t sit around and wait to be told what to do.
