Overview
CAD Engineer - 1 year - Gaydon - £19-£25 per hour Working within Body engineering our client is looking for two CAD engineers to create and modify CAD models for body in white panels. Duties are transferring data to and from other departments and supplier where necessary, liaise and take tasks from lead engineers, give outline feasibility feedback, and modify CAD models for body in White panels, castings and extrusions, updating AVA links required. Candidates will have product engineering experience, working knowledge of stamping feasibility, joining technologies, including sealant and adhesives would be advantageous, problem solving tools techniques, six sigma 8D, proficient in Excel word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Engineering release process, V5 R26 Catia trained and or V6 Microsoft office literate.
