Overview

Are you Level 4 qualified ideally with experience in Financial Planning, if not a regulated environment? Do you enjoy and coaching and managing people? Does training and developing colleagues to be their very best get you up in the morning? You love talking to people - over the phone, via email and in person especially when delivering training as this gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your influencing skills. You embrace change and working towards a common goal, in this case ensuring Tilney\u2019s Advisers and Investment Managers receive relevant training. You will have creative input as well as delivering regulatory courses across several offices in the UK. Training could range from welcoming new advisers and getting them up to speed as well as investigating topics relevant to Financial Planners and Investment Managers for future courses. Working with a manager who emboldens you to self-manage; what a breath of fresh air - and gives you space to manage your time, training and live observations in a personalised way for your stakeholders. Your teams welcome feedback and would respond well to a positive communication style. Skills and Qualifications: - Recent training experience within financial services, supervising a team of advisers. This does not have to be your current role, but you are keen to move back - An understanding and interest of Financial Planning and Investment Management. - Knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations with an appetite to stay abreast of updates to inform future training. - Qualified to QCF Level 4 with progression towards Chartered Financial Planner status would be highly desirable. - You like working in a team, which is great news for us as there are six training supervisors who share knowledge, best practice and ways of working to ensure all 200 advisers experience the fabulous training and service on offer The role supports locations in the Midlands with Birmingham expected to the be your home office however there is a need for the individual to be able to travel across the UK.
