Group Finance Manager - Telecom Business Your new company At the moment I am working closely with an international telecom business who is recruiting a new Group Finance Manager. The business has gone through a lot of change over the last few year and have recently been acquired by new private equity backers. This is an exciting time to join a well-established business where you will be a core part of the Group Finance Team and in a business, which focuses on career development and mobility. Your new role This new role will be reporting in to the Group Financial Controller. Monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet and cashflow) Prepare, communicate and monitor month end timetable All month-end processes Reconciliation Balance sheet items and review it monthly Review monthly inter company matrix and resolve issues Assist the Group Financial Controller in managing the group Year-end audit The group consolidations accounts with detailed comments on all major variances What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be: ACA or ACCA Qualified Practise trained (any size) Good knowledge of IFRS Strong experience with consolidations Accurate, attention to detail and very motivated What you'll get in return The new Group Finance Manager will work closely with the Group Financial Controller. You will deal with all Country Controllers in collating reports and information needed at group-level. This role will not be managing people but will have ownership and responsibilities.
