Overview
My client based in Hertford are currently recruiting for an experienced accounts payable candidate to join their team immediate on a full time basis - the ideal candidate will have good background experience in a similar finance role: To process purchase invoices and credit notes through the creditors ledgers. To process payments through the creditors ledgers in accordance with the cash flow targets set by Group treasury To reconcile creditor ledger accounts to suppliers statements To check supplier invoices to purchase orders and goods received documents To code purchase invoices to General Ledger before processing To prepare payment reports for BACS/cheque processing To handle supplier queries and liaise with other Group departments in resolving these queries To control the process of approving non-stock invoices To maintain supplier invoice files To maintain currency spreadsheets for overseas suppliers If this is something you would be interested in please contact me on the details below.
