Exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a large manufacturing and production company. They area global company based in Manchester, looking to expand their successful team. Client Details Our client is a global manufacturing and distribution business based in Manchester. They supply their products in many countries and so require a customer service department that can cater to several different language needs. Description answer all customer queries in a professional and timely manner logging all orders that come through and assisting customers where necessary There is an expectation for Customer Service Advisors to manage their own workload Advisors are the first point of communication for all customers, so they will give a high level of service at all times Be thorough and paying attention to the details. Hit KPI's and targets to drive business Be goal-oriented, and able to take feedback on board is very important Liaise with various departments of the business to ensure the information is always up to date, and chase any necessary information if needed Build rapport and good relationships with their customers to make sure a high level of service is received by every customer Process orders using SAP and other similar programmes Profile Able to speak fluent German Experience in a similar position Able to take on, and improve from, feedback Great communication skills High level of customer service Drive to meet KPI's and targets in a focused workplace confident phone manner Confident using SAP Job Offer £20K salary, utilise language skills, great location
