Commercial Network Manager THE COMPANY Our client, a Private Equity backed business within the Healthcare sector is experiencing un-paralleled growth, with ambitious plans to become an International organisation, and currently in the midst of acquiring yet another business to add to their already impressive portfolio. Due to this rapid expansion, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to work in their new modern office within walking distance from York city centre. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Overall responsibility for recruitment in their specific sector - Managing both internal and external relationships - Responsible for overall service level delivery with the business - Responsible for identifying more senior level networks - Manage the commercial aspects of the external network - Liaise with Stakeholders regarding the Operational needs from the network - Build a GDPR compliant platform - Responsible for ensuring a Development programme is available YOU MUST - Have a proven commercial background - Proven experience of negotiating contract terms - Background experience in the health and wellbeing market - Exceptional communication skills - Experience in planning and running events - Preferably have experience in creating and organising effective CPD programmes - Good knowledge of GDPR especially related to running a third party network WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? £50K Salary Full time hours, Monday-Friday Free on-site parking Exciting treats, rewards and team building days Charterhouse Recruitment (Yorkshire) Ltd is committed to a policy of equal opportunities in relation to job applications.
