Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading Commercial firm based in York. Our client is an innovative and progressive law firm that has been expanding over recent years, successfully taking the step up from a high-street practice, to a successful, full-service and more commercially-focused law firm. Working with a range of businesses of varying sizes, the successful candidate will be handling a broad spectrum of Commercial Property work, working on matters such as acquisitions and disposals, licensing, property developments, leases, as well as landlord and tenant matters. Furthermore, you will work closely with the senior Solicitors in your team, giving you a fantastic wealth of knowledge and resources to support you in the role. This is a great chance to be exposed to a fully-rounded caseload, which could include anything from smaller transactions right through to files with values into the £multi-millions. This role also provides the long term career opportunities, as there is plenty of potential to progress quickly within the firm.
