This Legal 500 law firm has a fantastic opportunity within their York office for an ambitious legal professional looking to develop your career. This busy Commercial Property department specialises in numerous sectors such as retail and leisure, office, industrial, agricultural and construction. You will be handling a varied caseload to include leases, acquisitions, disposals, development work and planning issues, while all the time providing your clients with high-quality commercial advice. You will also be expected to ensure that all your business targets, relating to service and quality, are being met, along with taking an active role in networking and business development to generate new clients and contacts. To be successful in securing the position, you will need: To be qualified as a solicitor/CILEx with 3 years' PQE Experience of handling your caseload of volume commercial property transactions Strong commercial awareness Proven track record of business development and meeting clients face-to-face Ability to manage your workflows and meet and exceed deadlines and targets.
