Overview
Huntswood is looking for associates with utilities complaint handling experience to support our growing number of contracts within this sector. If you have dealt with complaints for an energy, water or telecommunications company, and are looking for a contract role, we may be able to help the future. Required skills and experience include: Experience working for a Utilities company Experience of managing customer accounts (i.e. meter reads, billing enquires, outstanding complaints) Experience working in a telephony-based environment Strong attention to detail Experience using Junifer is desirable If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience, we look forward to hearing from you.
