People tend to stay with the firm for long periods of time. This would provide an opportunity for a private client solicitor to take a position with long term career prospects. The post is full-time, but those who are seeking flexibility or part-time work will be considered. You can expect a mixed caseload of wills, probate, Court of Protection and trusts and tax matters including inheritance tax matters. To be successful with your application for this role, you must have recent experience in private client, be confident within a client-facing role and be willing to get involved with the business development. They have a family atmosphere and a professional reputation, along with a good working environment and retention rate for their staff. They are mostly known by word of mouth and are known for their levels of service to their clients on an individual basis.
