HR Advisor (Culture & Performance) Overall responsibility: Provide a first-class Culture & Performance Service across the Yourgene Health organisation, fully supporting employees and management teams across our global entity. The role will be based at our Head Offices in Manchester City Centre with potential opportunity to travel to our Taipei offices and laboratories across our network. As a trainee role, you would hold an aspiration to develop into a C&P Advisor or equivalent. Key Areas of Responsibility: Responsibility for the day to day running of the HR system (People Log), accurate data entry, maintaining employee records during the employee life cycle and running of monthly reports Conduct/Support managers with investigations / Disciplinaries. Provide advice and guidance to Line Managers on all ER cases including performance management, handling grievances, absence management and maternity support. This list is not exhaustive. Managing the new starter process for all new joiners, preparing offer letters, contracts of employment, organising and arranging inductions, obtaining the return of new starter documentation and holding their end of probation meeting. Completion of the leaver process, including the scheduling and completing exit interviews and references as requested with GDPR consent. Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing as appropriate. Manage the collation of monthly payroll documents and working closely with our Payroll Team to process in a timely manner. Processing of occupational health referrals. Providing full administrative support to C&P Manager Keep up to date with internal, external HR trends, employment law updates and best practice. Understand and anticipate the need for change, carrying out a gap analysis to identify potential employee issues and risks in order to build a business case for change with stakeholders. Supporting the C&P Manager in building frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, potential scenarios ad options to mitigate. Act as ambassador for the function and represent the company internally and externally (as appropriate). Manage the business/supplier relations for our office stationery.
