Overview
Internal sales Administrator required for a client based in Rochdale. Your new company An established and highly successful family run business based in Rochdale, North Manchester that in 2005 won the Queen's Award for Enterprise. Specialising in the import of textiles, this company deals with a variety of businesses globally. Your new role The role of an internal Sales /Telesales Administrator is to provide a high level of service, increasing sales to the varied customer base and building the level of support given to the external Sales Team. Your day to day duties will include making outbound sales calls to new and existing clients and using the internal CRM to maximise sales. You will be expected to use your questioning and listening skills to understand the needs of your customers so that you can provide an excellent on-going customer experience. Understanding your product is key, therefore you will need to have a great working relationship with the external sales team and all internal departments to ensure that you keep a breath of all the product changes, launches and promotions. What you'll need to succeed Previous outbound telesales experience is essential along with a friendly and professional telephone manner. The ideal applicant will have worked in a busy sales office, will have experience of processing sales orders and will have made outbound calls using every opportunity possible to increase sales revenue. Strong IT skills are also required with a particular emphasis on Excel. Due to the complete diversity of the role they need someone who is a good all-rounder with excellent team spirit. It will take at least 3 months to have the basic knowledge of the extensive product range my client offers; hence they need someone who will be committed and loyal. Common sense speaks volumes and qualifications matter but above all else you must be confident, enthusiastic and able to think on your feet.
