Overview
Job Description
As a member of our People, Culture and Communications Team you will work closely with the leadership team to deliver consistent and aligned corporate messages to colleagues, customers and members in ways which create excitement and behavioural change. This role has taken on more significance in recent weeks as we are all working in very different ways. As we recover and re-set our 'new normal', communications to colleagues, customers, members and communities will be critical and we may have to explore more innovative and create ways to deliver key messages and information. We are looking for someone with credibility who can develop strong and trusted working relationships with our leaders and managers while also challenging and refreshing some of our approaches to how we currently communicate. You will have a proven track record of effective communications as well as strong planning and organisational skills and a passion for involving and inspiring others to action. Experience of digital communications and developing digital content on Sharepoint or similar platform would be beneficial. This role will be based in our Communications Team, working alongside the Communications and Public Relations Manager and the Culture and Leadership Manager. We look forward to hearing from you!
