Title: Cleaning Manager (site based) Salary: to £40k bonus travel costs Client: Facilities management company Location: site based in Central London Are you a Cleaning Manager with a five star service pedigree? Do you have experience managing soft services ? Have you got site based experience in large retail outlets or Venues? Do you excel in stakeholder management? Our client is a privately owned, highly successful Facilities Management company who have been established for over 20 years. Due to a prestigious contract win they need to hire an exceptional Cleaning Services Manager. You will be responsible for delivering a 5 star cleaning service to an iconic new building housing a mixture of retail outlets, restaurants, offices, residential and entertainment spaces across six floors. Working for a Facilities Management or Cleaning company, you will be an experienced Cleaning or Soft Services Manager who has managed major retail outlets or entertainment venues. You will be highly effective managing senior and demanding stakeholders, direct reports and third party contract companies. Even better if you have waste management experience too.
