Overview
This high profile firm has opportunities for experienced senior conveyancers in Nottingham to join its thriving business while working from home. You will be running a substantial caseload with client contact and handling files from start to post-completion. The successful senior conveyancer will be a strong communicator and be professional in your approach, along with the ability to be self-motivated as conveyancing can be target driven. You will manage a substantial caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions (circa 100) including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties, and you will check all contract documentation and mortgage offers and reply to any complex legal enquiries in this role of senior conveyancer.
