Overview
Commercial Property Client Accountant- based in Mayfair- Paying up to 55k Your new company Our client is a large property company based in central London, they are looking for a Client accountant to join their ever growing finance team. The commercial shopping centres property team is of three people with expansion happening this year. Your new role Preparation and submission of Owner Statements, VAT Reports and other reports as required by the client Input of Lease Maintenance updates Billing of periodic rent, service charges and insurance charges to tenants Billing of directly recoverable and ad hoc charges to tenants Billing/Recovery of void/vacant unit service charge liabilities from client Preparation and reconciliation of annual Service Charge accounts including cash reconciliations Transfer of rental income to client Preparation and submission of funding requests to client Maintaining tenant deposit account records Monthly reconciliation of Client Bank accounts, including investigation & correction of reconciling items What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have 2-4 years experience within the property sector within the Client accounting role.
