Having recruited recently, this company are just going form strength to strength, it is the perfect time to join This isn’t a standard role, there is certainly variety in this position, there will also be Transport, Admin, Purchasing involved also The Role & Responsibilities of Production & Sales Administrator - Checking invoices for stock deliveries - Chasing suppliers for order progress - Raising purchase orders - Liaising with production sites - Liaise with customers to update with them on production schedules - Maintain good relationships with suppliers - Process all quotations / orders received from internal departments - Issue the weekly update schedule to Projects - Stock take for products needed within the production environment - Maintain up to date stock order forms and ensure that old stock is replaced for new, where required - The receiving and accurate input of orders. - Control of documents and records, updating and filing as required. Requirements of Production & Sales Administrator - Outgoing and confident to work in this long-standing team - Previous experience in a Production / Sales / Admin role is required - Excellent organisational and time-management skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Office essential - Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail - Competent and assured phone manner - Ideally Tri Lingual - Bulgarian, Romanian, Polish (not essential) - Its all about the person for this company - personality is important, and they want you to love what you do What will you get in return - An excellent working environment - A competitive rate of pay - A vibrant and fun team Type Permanent Working Hours Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm Please note: You will need to be flexible as every third Saturday is likely to be required to work, and at Peak Times the company can be extremely busy so additional hours may be required.
