Head of UX Permanent London (West) £70,000 - £75,000 stock options Our client is a global medical start-up business and is looking for a Head of UX to join the team on a permanent basis. · Join a fast-moving start-up that will truly enhance the medical care and outcomes of millions of patients around the world · Ability to scale a team and shape the UX/ UI strategy for the business · Flexible and remote working · On-site gym Responsibilities: · Find practical solutions to user problems and use both UX and visual design skills to create experiences that are both visually appealing, and valuable to our users – across mobile and web. · Work with distributed engineering team to ship – overseeing that the design gets implemented as planned. · Help shape our product experience and design language, creating and maintaining design standards for the product. · You will conduct and facilitate user research, from discovery through to evaluation · You will recruit and manage your own internal UX / UI design team Skills/ Experience: · UX/ UI · Lead all UX and design tasks · Built products from scratch · Created mobile apps · Wire-framing · UX methodologies Sound interested?
