FINANCIAL SERVICES - BANKING - ANALYST - AGILE - WATERFALL - DIGITAL - TECHNICAL - SOFTWARE - EDINBURGH Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is looking for a motivated and customer-centric Analyst with a digital background to join their team to improve customer experience via their customer channels. The Role: This role will entail creating technology solutions to solve complex issues facing the business by defining, analysing and documenting requirements and working with business stakeholders. To achieve this you will work collaboratively with different areas of the business from Product Owners to Architects and Third Party Suppliers in order to thoroughly understand and deliver business needs and aims. You will provide articulate and well-presented business requirements, manage key risks and work together by sharing knowledge and making suggestions to improve customer experience. About You: You will possess excellent analytical skills You will come from a technical background (not infrastructure) You will have experience working on digital projects You will have knowledge of APIs and front-end utilisation of the data by the consumer of the API Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders Manage and prioritise tasks and workload Ability to make informed and firm decisions, use these to influence key stakeholders Next Steps: If this role is of interest and you feel you would be a good match for the role, please submit your CV and I will be in touch shortly.
