Commis Chef Two AA Rosette Country Pub Hourly Pay A Commis Chef role is now available at a two AA Rosette pub located in North Yorkshire Role: A great opportunity is available for a Commis Chef to work at a high end, country pub that has a calm kitchen environment where you will be encouraged to continue learning whilst working in the kitchen.In this role of Commis Chef you will be working within a team of five chefs creating two AA Rosette level ‘a la carte’ dishes for up to 40 covers at lunch and dinner service with a focus on modern British dishes with a classic French influence. Requirements: A Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie who is seeking a role where they will have the chance to cook to two AA Rosette levels in a kitchen with senior chefs dedicated to training the next generation of chefs.All chefs should already have experience working in good quality, fresh food kitchens where you were able to follow instructions closely.
