Head Chef Upmarket Food Led Pub Tips An upmarket food led pub located close to York is recruiting for a Head Chef Role: A privately owned pub is seeking a Head Chef to manage the food operation at the venue which consists of a 50 cover restaurant serving high quality, fresh, British pub food with menus that change daily as well as more relaxed meals and snacks served in the bar area.In this role of Head Chef you will be expected to work closely with the owners to continue taking the business forward in order to develop the pubs dining reputation in the region.This is a great opportunity to lead your team from the front whilst developing the menus and working closely with the local Yorkshire suppliers to get the best ingredients. Requirements: All chefs applying for this role should have experience working at Head Chef level in a fresh food pub or restaurant where you were consistently delivering high standards of cooking.The role needs a dynamic chef who can help to deliver the improvements the owners want whilst successfully managing the kitchen department and your team of chefs working for you.
