Overview
A Chef de Partie role is available at a highly regarded restaurant in Sheffield Role: The Head Chef of a well established, privately owned restaurant is currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen which has a team of six chefs. The position needs a Chef de Partie with strong all round cooking skills who is capable of preparing modern British and Mediterranean influenced dishes to the high standards its diners have to come to expect. Requirements: The role would suit a confident Chef de Partie who is used to working at this level in a high quality, fresh food restaurant who is capable of working on different sections in the kitchen. It is essential that all chefs applying for this role are able to offer the kitchen stability with the ability to stay for a long period of time.
