Team Lead/ Development Manager Software, Team Lead, Management, Java, AWS, Cloud, AGILE, Scala An intelligent Team Lead/ Development Manager is needed to help build out a team in one of the UK’s most successful tech companie’s. You will be working for a British E-commerce company that has grown it’s software division to over a thousand and has started to outsource it’s innovative techology. They were one of the top performing companies in the FTSE 350 last year and almost doubled their valuation. Your role as a eam Lead/Development Manager will be to grow and manage an existing team within the business and take charge of deadlines, AGILE methodlogies and working with internal stakeholders ensure the project is running smoothly.
