Overview

Development Manager / Development Lead / Team Lead. Technical Stack is C#.Net Java, Oracle PL/SQL, PHP, SITS, API environment. ANY OF THESE ARE SUFFICIENT. My leading Global University based in City of London is seeking a dynamic, technically astute and passionate Development Manager / Development Lead / Team Lead who is keen on 50%/50% hands on / hands off role. The ideal candidate will have come from a varied tech stack but my client is open. Tech Stack is C#.Net Java, Oracle PL/SQL, PHP, SITS, API environment. ANY OF THESE ARE SUFFICIENT. The ideal Development Manager / Development Lead / Team Lead will have excellent communication skills, be excellent at Stakeholder Engagement and have a proven track record of leading and managing a team of Developers ranging from C#.NET, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SITS, PHP, API etc. The role is as follows: - 50/50% hands on / hands off. - Managing code reviews, deliverables, team appraisals, time management and leading a team of 5-10 developers ranging from Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SITS, PHP, C#.NET, SQL SERVER, API etc. Again, the ideal Lead Developer will have excellent communication skills and be ha[py in a 50/50 leading/management/stakeholder engagement environment and be happy getting involved in code reviews, deliverables and where applicable coding in any of the following C#.NET, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SITS, PHP, SQL Server, API environment etc. To see all our new vacancies, as they arise, please subscribe to our Twitter feed NWPeople or see the home page of our website.
