The Transformation Portfolio and Assurance Team are the guardians of the Society’s Change Roadmap which sets out our Change landscape. The roadmap is one of our critical controls in terms of enabling our Executive and governance Boards to make optimal prioritisation and investment decisions, considering approved changes, critical dependencies and risks in doing so. This role supports the collection of data to update the Portfolio and dependency roadmap as well as managing the Portfolio Change Request process. You will present any risks or impacts to the road map through Board reports and working closely with the Portfolio and Dependencies Manager. This role is key to the successful delivery of our Portfolio and enables our board to make effective investment decisions. Portfolio Analyst technical role requirements: Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel, Word and Powerpoint Excellent attention to detail with a right first time attitude Able to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and other project delivery resources, with a clear focus on the successful delivery of the change objectives. A brilliant problem solver, with an innovative attitude and the ability to deal with complex issues when they arise.
