Site Maintenance Engineer (Mechanically Biased) Uxbridge £35000 - £40,000 20 Day Holiday Bank Holiday Pension Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:00 Plant/Site Maintenance Engineer required for a well-established family run waste recycling business. This role has potential to grow into a team leading role of junior staff. The role would suit candidates that are happy to work alone. To apply for the role, you will have experience maintaining heavy plant equipment. Candidates with experience of the waste and recycling industry will hold a considerable advantage but this is not essential. Mechanically you will need to be proficient with conveyors, gears, pumps, motors, bearings and able to strip down and rebuild equipment. You will be the sole maintenance engineer onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance of equipment minimising downtime across 2 sites. This is not just a workshop role and will require you working outside. The role is primarily mechanical with some basic electrical fault finding. This is a great chance to join a family run business with great working hours.
