The Role – Technical Support Engineer (Digital Pathology Systems) Following expansion, they seek to recruit a customer focused and technically motivated Technical Support Engineer, responsible for providing telephone and some field support on their range of highly advanced systems, located at research establishments, laboratories, hospitals and healthcare centres. After full and comprehensive industry recognised training, you will become a product and technical support specialist on some of the most sophisticated life sciences devices in the field. Your Background – Technical Support Engineer (Digital Pathology Systems) To be considered for this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate a background working in a field service or technical support role, gained within a high value electronic capital equipment environment. You should be qualified to a minimum of HNC level or above in electronics or another relevant technical discipline. Applications are encouraged from field service engineers from a wide range of electronic sectors, including medical device, laboratory device, semiconductor, ex Forces (Radar / Weapons Systems), industrial / commercial imaging or other areas of electronic manufacturing and services. You must have impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer facing environments, is you will be representing this organisation on a global scale.
