Technical Manager - £60k to £70k per annum - Buckinghamshire A successful regional house builder are seeking a Technical Manager to join their team. The role will include managing design consultants and engineers to deliver multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion, including providing advice for the pre-submission for planning, tendering and appointing consultants, advising on strategy, managing the design and logistical delivery of the sites. Company Information Our client were established nearly 30 years ago and have earned a reputation for constructing homes of exceptional quality and outstanding specification. They have no desire to be a volume build developer, preferring to focus on high-value, high-quality, bespoke residential schemes. Minimum Requirements To be considered for this role you must; •Have 3 years’ experience as a Technical Manager/Senior Technical Coordinator or comparable with a residential developer/architectural practice •Be able to demonstrate longevity of service Duration This is a permanent role. Location You will be based at head office near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Salary & Benefits £60k - £70k per annum plus package including car allowance Interested?
