Technical Manager Supply Technical are looking for a skilled Technical Manager for a high end developer in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Our client is a cash rich, privately owned developer who have an established reputation for selecting the best sites throughout London and the Home Counties and building high quality homes They do not aspire to be a volume house builder - instead focusing on select developments. They build everything from 2-3 bed starter homes to apartments to flats to top end luxury homes and high end barn conversions. All schemes are varied and unique, average units per site is 15 units - they do go up to 60 units They are on track to build 140 units this year and over the next 3 years intend to grow that to 400 units per year Benefits Up to £65,000 Very low staff turnover Interesting schemes Skilled team Enjoyable, relaxed working environment Competitive salary and package Cash rich, growing company Supportive Technical Director Working for a company who recognise and reward your efforts / expertise The role You will be managing design consultants and engineers to deliver multiple project simultaneously from inception to completion, including providing advice for the pre-submission for planning, tendering and appointing consultants, advising on strategy, managing the design and logistical delivery of the sites.
