Overview
Internal Account Manager - Main Responsibilities: You will be tasked to build, in conjunction with your line manager, a new business pipeline and incremental engagements from a defined set of new focus accounts. As part of your role you will deliver detailed account support for a leading client in conjunction with contracted terms whilst managing your time efficiently to ensure balance between the two focus areas. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; Provide an optimal customer experience with the direction of your Account Lead Proactively ensure service levels and reporting requirements are compliant with contracted obligations Build pipeline of profitable business within a new business client base and, generate qualified opportunity meetings for your Account Lead Utilise your interpersonal skills and commercial knowledge to understand the client's buying process and supplier contract lifecycle Report weekly on opportunity, activity and pipeline management utilising CRM at all times Follow up and record outcome of all marketing or event generated tasks and leads Internal Account Manager - Required Abilities: 1-2 years' experience within a Business-to-Business (B2B) sales environment Has worked with enterprise accounts preferably across geographies Proven success of working to and delivering against targets (KPI and/or revenue) Displays resilience, passion and an ability to work under pressure Demonstrated capability in building successful relationships Experienced of working to margin and currency conversion Internal Account Manager - Our Client: In operation for more than two decades Offices and employees around the world One of the worlds largest IT training brands A global company going through a dynamic transformation Want talented individuals to join for a journey of innovation and growth An award-winning team Offers a spirited, cutting-edge environment Partnered with technology leading brands such as Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Google Cloud and many, many, more this is an exciting time to join the brand Recognising that their employees are the most valuable asset and the source of the company's ingenuity you can become a critical part of their ongoing success
