Overview
I am extremely excited to be working alongside a Global Manufacturing Business in the search for their new CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER due to the internal progression The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the complete customer journey, lead on all internal communications with 15 direct report As well as working to ensure outstanding customer service but creating a centre of excellence this role will also include: Manage and motivate 15 direct customer service, technical and administration team members Key Account Management support to high spending accounts Responsible for all customer and internal escalations Annual development reviews, KPI management and reviews Recruitment supported alongside HR Working with Leadership teams and various department heads Product knowledge expert / Subject matter This role will require a world class service approach along with a passion for "one call resolution" and upskilling The ideal candidate will be: Hands on support and a passion for training and development Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering or Logistics background Customer Service Management experience Benefits include: Attractive salary package Reporting into Director with Global backing Free onsite parking 25 days holiday plus 8 BH Buy and sell holiday scheme - up to 5 days Discounts voucher on retail, hospitality etc Please call Laura McCreadie on to discuss your experience and the position in more detail
