Overview
Do you have experience dealing with Export Documentation? Experienced Internal Account Manager with a strong technical ability? My client, who is a Chemical manufacturing company are currently recruiting for A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER with export experience daily duties include: Provide exceptional Customer service and technical support to end users and distributors Resolve queries both email and phone Processing quotes and orders Develop and maintain customer relationships Export documentation such as BOL, ATR, EUR1 and certificate of origin Provide support to external sales team Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked within a product based background (Manufacturing) , whohas experience of export documentation and from a Customer Service / Account Manager background Technical ability is required and product training will be provided Working hours are 36hr over Monday to Friday 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Free life assurance Please call LAURA MCCREADIE on to apply
