This is a temporary part time position to cover a high workload within the customer service team. Your new role You will be based within the customer service team answering a high volume of inbound calls. You will answer queries both over the phone and email and deal with customer complaints, escalating these when necessary. What you'll need to succeed You will have had previous experience of working within customer service and will be able to wok towards deadlines and achieve KPI'S set.
