Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified social worker with experience and extensive knowledge in child protection for a great authority based in Bradford. Experience: Experience of multi-disciplinary working with children and families Practice experience of applying assessment skills within a statutory social work setting. Good communication skills inc. verbal, written, negotiation and role modelling Knowledge of child protection, looked after children and associated child in need social work practice issues Knowledge of methods of social work intervention Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations guidance & policy issues. Contemporary knowledge of social work & their social work applications i.e. attachment theory, enabling change, behaviour management.
