Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a full service Legal 500 firm who are based in the heart of Bradford City Centre for a senior Employers and Public Liability solicitor to join their management team. My client has an outstanding reputation for providing excellent client care, handling high quality national matters and providing a great working atmosphere. Upon joining the well-structured, well-resourced team with a supportive working environment you will be advising a key client on high value defendant complex EL/PL matters though my client is open to considering those with a particularly strong claimant background if they have a proven track record of dealing with high value and complex matters. In the supervisory aspect of the role you will be responsible for a team including supervisors, claims handlers and litigators helping to oversee and manage workloads within the team. You will also deal with team appraisals, file reviews and assisting the partner with departmental planning. Ideally you will have experience of handling complex high value EL/PL matters (£50,000 and above) and would have previously managed a team in a high-volume working environment.
