Business Analyst - Digital / Data / Agile - Manchester city centre " We have a major growth opportunity over the next few years with Digital & Data innovation at the core of our plan. "Due to growth plans in place we currently seek 2 x experienced Business Analysts as our 2020 plans take shape (even in these uncertain times, we are kicking ahead with our plans)" Working across diverse Data & Digital programmes, the successful Business Analyst will be in a pivotal position, visible and accountable. The goalposts may keep moving, but we're sure you’ll be up to the challenge. You’ll work closely with business, stakeholders, subject-matter experts, users and technology teams to understand commercial goals and drivers and create a shared vision for meeting the business objectives. You will run workshops & stand ups to gather / analyse requirements; break down complex problems into coherent features, products and projects; ensure that user stories are complete, clear, concise and comprehensible; and communicate and explain ideas, issues, problems and progress to the team, the stakeholders and the wider organisation. Interested? You will be an experienced Business Analyst with a real interest and experience in Digital and/or Data. Experience working on technology / business change Data Programmes is highly advantageous (ie Cloud BI platform launch; Data Governance). Displaying a can-do attitude with great interpersonal relationship skills with technical team and business stakeholders, you WILL offer an in depth analytical, logical mind set and troubleshooting personality. Fast paced, enthusiastic, self-motivated & ambitious, you will have the ability to work on your own initiative, manage your own workload and meet project targets - and a track record to back this up.
