Product Owner - Payroll, HCM Software As the Product Owner you will juggle the development backlog and backlog priority for the payroll and HCM software development teams and collaborate cross functionality both locally and globally to ensure success. You will be someone who possesses a unique blend of business and technical skills; you will be able see the big picture vision and have the drive to make that vision a reality along with the communication skills to take people on the journey with you. The successful candidate will be degree educated and will demonstrate the following core skills and experience: 3 years experience as a Product Owner Experience in Payroll &/or HR/HCM software. Experience working with agile development teams Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required. Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary This is a fantastic opportunity to join an acknowledged industry leader, currently experiencing a very exciting period of growth
