Overview
My client, a busy Estate Agents in Birmingham is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their Property team. Estate Agency experience is not essential, however you must have strong and excellent administration experience within an office environment. The Role: Support the sales team with admin duties Daily input, checks and updates to software Answering the phone to clients and to internal colleagues Scanning and electronic filing Requirements: Previous administration in a busy office experience is essential Experience in computer software, outlook e-mails and excel is essential Property experience is desired but full training will be given Attention to detail and highly accurate Full Clean Driving Licence and Car Salary: £17,000 basic Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm Saturdays on a rota Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
