Overview
Job Description: Plan, organize, coordinate and control the project efforts. Communicate process changes with project management and key stakeholders. Ensure on-time delivery by regularly reviewing project plans shared by the project managers. Create sign offs for the project management team. Provide necessary Project Management support in all forms. Processing project requests and validating the document to ensure that all necessary information is filled by the requesting teams. Track project deliverables using appropriate IT provisioning Systems. Manage the entire delivery cycle of internal software delivery and coorinate with both project team and all key stakeholders, as well as our delivery team (third party). Provide adhoc administrative support to the Project Managers and coordinate smaller projects. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Lead and manage project team reviews. Attend all project team’s delivery meetings with the third party and follow up on all key actions. Publish reports/dashboards on a periodic basis to both project team and stakeholders. New process introduction for effective project management. Constanly review and create new processes in order to increase project managment cycle and the team’s efficinecy. Keep a track on project manager’s leaves and ensure that there is a back up, especially when there are key deliverables to be followed up during that time. Maintain and manage all templates -Updates them as and when required. Ensure that new PM’s and staff are onboarded - provide required support in on-boarding process. Skills and experience Prior Project Management or governance experience. Prior experience in handling multiple stakeholders & handling Escalations Strong Communication skills - Verbal/ Written/Presentation Proficiency in Microsft Office (Word & Excel) preferred Prior experience in Projct Management Tools (eg. JIRA, Clarizen, etc.) Telecom experience will be an advantage
